The CreativFestival Fall Class List is Up!

Here are my CreativFestival Fall Classes 2019, and I’m looking forward to seeing some of you there.  Follow the link in the title to visit the CreativFestival website where there is more information on all the different classes being offered.  Some are even free, included with your admission!

Serge a Stylish Tee in One Hour or Less. Watch Yvette use a serger to complete a slightly modified Jalie 3352 Dolman Tee on a 2/3/4 thread serger provided by Husqvarna/Viking.

Lecture Fee $10

One Tee-shirt Pattern, Many Looks Begin with Jalie’s 2805 Basic Tee pattern and modify it 3 ways. This lecture style class will use a flip-chart with clear diagrams illustrating the design process.  A side drape, a cut-on cap sleeve, and a cardigan modification will be shown.

I presented this lecture MANY times for my friend Catherine, when she owned Distinctive Sewing Supplies.  It was always updated with the newest and latest fabrics as well as my favourite garment staples.  This time I’ve collaborated with The Sewing Café, and have some fabric samples from their store.  It’s a “hands-on” sort of lecture where questions and observations are welcomed.  Sample garments in some of the fabrics will be on display.
